Inspection

The purpose of carrying out inspections is to ensure the safety and long term serviceability of assets. The first indications of serious deterioration within a structure can usually be identified through a visual inspection. In addition to identifying a defect, it is imperative that the cause and extent of deterioration and the likely consequence is understood before deciding on the type and scale of remedial action.
